Our goal at The Gym Las Vegas is to identify the best training program possible for you! Using the Functional Movement Screen as an initial assessment tool we are able to identify weakness and dysfunction that may be holding you back in the weight room and your daily life. After completion of the Functional Movement Screen our Program Director will write a program specific to your needs.

The Screen
The FMS helps us learn about your fitness level, range of motion capabilities and limitations, and what may be causing aches and pains throughout the day. Each body is different and, from the assessment, we can properly address your body’s needs to reduce the risk of injury and tailor our programs for you.
A Proper Dynamic Warmup
Skipping the much-needed warmup can be tempting. However, our personal trainers won’t let you go off into the heavy stuff without safely warming you up first. The purpose of a proper warmup is to get your muscles and entire body ready for your upcoming cardiovascular workout. Our personal trainers apply safe training principles to every aspect of Team Training.
